Weekend in the Country with Community table and Earth's Palate Farm - JUNE 10-12 2023

Join us for a weekend in partnership with Earth’s Palate Farm and Community table. Our guests will stay in one of the six apartment-style suites at 11 Cornwall, learn out in the greenhouses and fields at Earth’s Palate farm, and enjoy meals with ingredients grown locally.

This Special Weekend includes:

• Two nights at 11 Cornwall. Each room has a king bed, full ensuite bath and sitting area

• Two, 2-hour gardening workshops on Saturday and Sunday with Regenerative Farmer, Renee Giroux. You will learn how to keep your soil energized, trellising techniques, pruning, thinning, how to create tinctures and so much more

• Welcome lunch upon arrival featuring local produce from the area

• Sunday brunch catered by French pastry chef, Kevin MacPherson

• On Sunday evening, our partner Community table will host a lively, early-summer 4-course farm dinner utilizing local ingredients

• A basket of fresh, just-harvested produce from Earth’s Palate Farm upon your departure

• Price is per room, double occupancy and includes all applicable taxes
